At Dubarry, we are committed to providing the highest quality country-inspired fashion and performance footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original Dubarry packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and retain your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
